⚠️ Urgent Warning: Scam Alert - Scammer Fake EazyViral Emails Targeting Sellers
This is an important and urgent update from EazyViral. We want to inform you of a serious security issue that requires your immediate attention. Some of our sellers have recently been targeted by scammers pretending to be EazyViral. These fake emails are designed to look almost exactly like ours—they even copy our logo and content, and may falsely claim that you have a new order or transaction on EazyViral. But don’t be fooled!
These attackers have guessed your email address based on the URL of your profile. We are addressing this issue today by changing the URL structure of all seller profiles. However, in the meantime, it’s crucial that you remain vigilant with any emails you receive.
Please, be careful: Make sure any emails you receive are from our real domain: eazyviral.com. Scammers might use domains like order-eazyviral.com or other variations that are not associated with EazyViral. Always double-check the sender’s email address.
Check the Domain: Authentic emails will always come from @eazyviral.com. If the email comes from any other domain, it is a scam.
Verify the Transaction on Our Platform: If the email claims you have a new order, go to the EazyViral website directly and check your account. Do not click on any links within the email.
Important Note: EazyViral will NEVER ask you to share your account information via email or any other messaging app. All communication should happen directly within the conversation thread marked as "Transferring" on the EazyViral Messenger page.
Check Your EazyViral Messages: If a transaction is legitimate, the chat thread between you and the buyer on EazyViral's messaging platform will display a green "Transferring" status.
EazyViral Confirmation: Within the conversation, there will always be a confirmation message from EazyViral Marketplace verifying that the transaction has been paid.
If you receive any suspicious emails or have concerns about the legitimacy of a transaction, please contact EazyViral Support immediately.
Stay safe and thank you for being a valued member of our marketplace.
Best regards,
EazyViral Support Team
